Some people can't be trusted with cars, guns or the internet, so they should rank below the general population and have more regulations over their lives. If India is an example of how potentially bad the caste system is, I'd rather deal with folks who shouldn't be driving, on the internet, etc. being behind a wheel, monitor, etc. Still, I'm not entirely against what you're suggesting but feel there's better ways to encourage better behavior among these individuals. --- "You must gather your party before venturing forth" "Go for the eyes Boo!
