According to 16-year-old Joey McGlone's GoFundMe page, it says one night around twenty guys beat him up, and after that he killed himself. McGlone was a high school student in Santa Rosa County according to his good friend Hayley Brown. "He was jumped right over there at the Milton Community Center at the football game," Brown said. "He tried to get away from them but they kept jumping on the truck and hitting him and stabbing him." Brown says she still can't believe her friend is gone. "He was a good person," Brown said. "If you were in the room with him, he just lit up the room." Brown says McGlone would still be here if it wasn't for bullying. "I hope it stops or slows down a little because people don't deserve to die over it," Brown said. There will be a rally for McGlone on Friday at 5pm at Carpenters Park in Milton.
