Think about how happy you'd be if it was." It really changed my perspective on lost things and returning them as found, in my opinion. It was actually a little while later that I had lost my wallet with a few hundred dollars in it and it had been returned with all the money in it that really cemented that sentiment with me. If my wallet gets stolen and returned with no money, I'd be mildly annoyed at best. I can't know the person returning it didn't find it empty. I'd be happy that I didn't have to replace my I.D. and my Social Security Card. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
