With Uber youre guilty even when proven innocent. Just getting a report gets you deactivated no matter what evidence you have to the contrary. Even if you have video footage of the guy saying hes going to lie and report you for a free ride it wont matter. You can however sue the guy for your average pay for 48 hours (or however long youre out) after youre reinstated if you really wanted to. I'm just gonna show up to his house and ask why he did it.
