Well I was more referring to the tweet which had them listed at the same price.

You didn't need to be online to play the PSTV but you did need to download the games originally from the PS store and I'm fairly certain it wants to verify the account like once a month.

The major flaw I found in the PSTV's is that the wireless card in them must have been absolutely shit. The downloads were always stupid slow regardless of how good your internet was. It also advertised remote play from the PS4 but everytime I tried it, it always cried that the internet was too slow. I even tried it with the PSTV literally next to the PS4 and the Modem/WiFi right next to them too. Everything else ran the internet fast, just not the PSTV remote play.

They were also a royal pain in the ass to sync up with PSN accounts and downloads. I don't remember the exact details other than it frustrating the hell out of me. I think you also had to format the thing just to log in with another PSN account too as it only allowed 1 account to bind to it and you couldn't remove it.
