Still have a long time for that though, I still owe about $95K on my mortgage. My property taxes are nearly as much as my mortgage, so I'll never be "free" from the house burden. But yeah, it will be nice to get the principal paid off. I'll feel accomplished once my daughter gets through college, finds a job, gets out on her own and becomes a productive citizen.
