And I believe one came out before the switch was even an idea. Exactly, there's no restrictions playing games made 10+ years ago unlike console gaming. What I mean is, you could get New Vegas when it came out for PC because PC was already a thing. Like the say it came out, PC was already "big". It wouldn't have come out for Switch since it came out much later. If they were going to port one, it probably would have started with 4, then maybe work their way back... So, if New Vegas had came out after the switch was out, we might have been able to play it on switch... I think you're missing the point, PC isn't limited like console "generations" are. I only really need one PC to play New Vegas, while I can't play it on Switch I would need an Ps3/X360(Xone too) to play it.
