| Senta 09/20/18 1:27:28 PM #11: | I have a bad back from a work injury a few years ago; and its been messed up since. Physical therapy helped me a lot, and taught me some tricks on how to lessen the pain (Before, I couldn't even do 5 hours on my feet without being in crippling pain; could barely get out of bed in the morning, ect). But with the things I learned from PT, its improved a lot. I also second finding a good memory foam mattress; or even a topper that goes on your old mattress can help. However, I strongly, STRONGLY recommend that you find a mattress seller near you, and go in to test out different ones. Could save you a lot of money, if you find one that doesn't hurt you when you are on it. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
