It's the entertainment industry. Pretty much all feuds are manufactured for our enterrainment. I mean who really thinks these rich celebrities care about some slight they get from someone? "Hey what did that guy say about me?! Oh wait, I'm rich... oh yeah... hahaha!"
Ya that's how it works, "I'm rich so nothing matters any more!"
If anything, rich people would be more fussed by moneyless issues.
