This seems a bit like China's "social credit score" system, but with less repercussions for bad mouthing the government (although probably still some depending on your political leanings).

Then if you have no social media (no "credit") you cannot even apply for a job?

I dunno, that seems fucked. It's a path we pretty much don't want to go down, but it's already too late.
