Latest lifts at 190lbs are: Bench: 220x3 Deadlift: 365 (I can do more but I'm working up with conventional instead of sumo) Squat: 315x1, 275x6 Press: 135x3 I'm worried about destroying my back again by dl'ing hard these days. ...
