She said that his friend witnessed the entire thing happen, but he spoke recently on the matter and said that this event never happened in the first place. So either two people are lying, or one person is lying... "He said, she said" isn't being caught in a lie. And she named Kavanaugh's friend not as a friendly witness, but essentially as an enabler, so it's not at all shocking that he would lie for his own sake as well as his friend. --- ...
