I don't care what other people listen to, I'm saying the ways in which music affect us emotionally is unusually disparate in comparison to experiences that would otherwise be commonly shared. Why does the world cry together when Old Yeller gets put down, but not share in the same experience of someone expressing true emotional conflict through music? It's interesting. God forbid I try to have a conversation about it instead of just accepting everything is beyond comprehension.
