Could you imagine having a heart attack and then being left to die while people capable of calling for help just steal? Both deserve life in prison. Nah. Ignoring someone in need shouldn't be a crime. At most they should get a fine/jailtime for stealing. It definitely should be, depending on the circumstances. There was nothing stopping them from calling for help. Especially in cases like where they took advantage of someone in need to commit crimes. I mean a fine? Really? People like them don't even deserve to live. If you believe in the Constitution, nah it shouldn't be mandated that people call 911 for someone else. --- David Mink.
