(and us peons in service are left explaining to the customer that something isn't covered) I recently bought two new cars this summer and this was exactly my experience my salesman was great, he was honest and respectful. when asked about a feature that was new he even straight up told me he'd have to double check because he didn't want to give me misinformation guy was great and I felt bad that we took a week to come back and buy the cars (although 2 cars in one go is probably a great fucking win for him) meanwhile the finance guy talked down to me and told me that the cars will need all the extra warranties/features and that he can only give me the deal now and never again. oh well, fuck it --- ...
