What if she didnt want to have sex with dudes who dont want to have sex with trans woman? Is he a rapist for not disclosing that? Then she should have taken some personal responsibility and asked about it beforehand, no? Yeah my point is that neither are rape, youre not helping yourself by pointing out that my scenario isnt rape.
