You use molecular water to store glycogen in your muscles, like a sponge. When you stop eating carbs you use up your muscular glycogen and lose the molecular water, and the sponge decreases in weight and size.

Has nothing to do with how much after you drink. In fact the more you drink, the less you retain.

So he's just squeezing the sponge and pretending that it's fat loss , when he's really doing nothing.

If only it were so easy to just change what you eat...

Water weight goes down but if he's literally not eating then he's literally burning fat as well.

Along with muscle after a prolonged fast.
