Topic	Who should get paid MORE, a teacher or a police officer?

I was talking to a guy fresh out of the military who was looking to get into law enforcement. He could go to Monroe, MI and start at around 50k a year, where the worst call he's going to get is probably domestic violence. Not very life-threatening.
