because to her it's more than just a sport. you really think she's throwing a "tantrum" because she was losing? she has 21 finals wins. just a few weeks ago the french banned a piece of her clothing for being too revealing. it was for blood clots she experienced after pregnancy.

it's goes beyond the game.

she may have warranted those offenses, and yeah you can say "rules are rules".

but these rules are not consistently called across the genders of the sports. I've seen male tennis players curse refs out repeatedly without so much as a warning. She called him a "thief" and it cost her any sort of a chance of a comeback. In the US Open Finals. Really?

If you really think she's salty about losing I'd suggest you watch the aftermath. Any interaction with her opponent is genuine and Serena actually looks happy for her. Her issue is with the sport as a whole.

because she's a black woman it's, "overdramatic, raging, spoiled, entitled, poor sport". But when it's someone like McEnroe it's "passion for the game".
