So, you don't think that witnesses to crimes should come forward and testify? You don't think that witnesses literally lying about what happened to make the black criminal out to be a 'gentle giant' who had his hands up, and yelled 'don't shoot!' bare any responsibility for black people committing so much violent crime?

Eyewitness accounts don't prevent crime, they just help solve individual crimes.
