But there are obligations from the CBA that prevent teams from colluding with each other or the league. Specific owners have been deposed for questions for the hearing over the last six months or so. Kaep and his representation aren't just going into this as "I'm good enough to have a position and I don't", because that would never be sufficient evidence for collusion. --- ...
