I think people itt don't understand the actual CBA.

1. The question of whether teams colluded against him do not hinge on whether he's "good enough" for a position. You can collude against a terrible player as well. So the arguments about how good a player he is miss the point, since it's likely that a preponderance of evidence for him requires more than just "Look at them compared to me!"

2. For his case to be successful, he doesn't need all 32 teams to collude against him. Just two of the thirty two teams or a team and the league office.

3. He can still claim collusion even if he was offered a contract by a team if they colluded with another team to keep the price down.
