All of the owners didn't want some side show ass clown on their team drawing negative attention and not offsetting that with good play. That's common sense.
The owners did not all call each other or get together and collectively say "You know that Kaepernick guy? Well fuck him. Let's make a pact that we blackball him." That's collusion.

That's on top of the fact that he willingly left the 49ers.
He does not have a case to prove collusion. I'm sure some activist judge will allow it to go to court but there's no chance of him winning because it's impossible to prove.

It's like arguing 32 different companies didn't hire an acne riddled 400 pound man who spouts anti jewish rhetoric on twitter to be their spokesperson because they all got together and decided not to. No. They all made the same decision independently because of fucking course they would all arrive at that same conclusion.
