Topic	Does Colin Kaepernick have a case about NFL 'collusion' to blacklist him?

As far as blacklisting goes, many, many able-bodied players have been blacklisted from the league. If Kaepernick wins his case, he'll get a lot of money. If he doesn't, he'll still get years of publicity from doing as much. Without the case being an ongoing entity, he really wouldn't justify continued media coverage beyond occasional pieces.
