She can't stop. She's addicted to self destructing until the point at which she self destructs. She's addicted to the energy and the attention she gets in an otherwise dismal and boring life.
She ignores all thoughtful advice CE gives her and thrives on negative attention. If she's not getting negative attention, she makes topics seeking it. I'm just giving her what she wants so she can play the victim, which she obviously enjoys doing.

That's literally not what I said. I consider "negative attention seeking" behavior to be behavior that is designed solely to get a (negative) reaction from another person. The person is not expressing a sincerely held point of view but rather saying or doing something for the purpose of eliciting a reaction from the other person.
Please don't turn this around into being something that it isn't.
