It really seems like Gumi doesn't understand building for the long term with their handling of this UoC stuff. By making units not show up until their banner is gone to get people to spend more early, they've done more to alienate people even more, especially when combined with their bungling of UoC in general. If you keep people around there's a chance that they're going to spend at some point.
