The Calton (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calton,_Glasgow#Social_problems), Govan (see Rab C Nesbitt for a more humorous take), Springburn (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Springburn#Social_problems), Easterhouse (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Easterhouse), etc. Areas like Arden and Castlemilk had a reputation, but don't seem to be as bad now (although they still probably count).
