Leonard's actor is so lucky to get that gig, he could be removed from the show and it would still be the same bazinga with hot chick show that people tune in for. he's like Ted in HIMYM; excellent supporting cast (both in terms of actor portrayal and actual character), whereas the main character (ted/leonard) is literally just kinda there...
