So I go from talking about whats going on in her life (really dont want to dwell on that downer) to talking about her, and more importantly her and me. I say well Im glad you were adventurous enough to come out on your own, a sense of adventure is an important trait I look for in a girl. We talk about that a bit, then she gets back onto her downer topic about how her friends let her come out alone. So shes still talking, but its not super flirty and shes definitely not chasing after me yet. I take the opportunity to give out some life advice and illustrate some wisdom (a way to convey value). I say, you know, not everyone is meant to get alongif these friends of yours are that terrible, there are 7 billion more people in the world.
She tells me Im right, and I continue with my narrative of her and me, and I say that applies to you and me as well, if I ever bore you that much, feel free to just get up and leave and I wouldnt even be offendedjust dont be offended if you bored me and I did the same. What I did here, was very important, since that statement was framed in a way to get her chasing after mewhich she does. She says, no, youre actually really interesting and Im really glad I met you. I reply Im glad I met you too, youre quite funso far. She laughs. At this point I officially know she likes me and that she thinks I have a lot of value.
She actually says something very interesting next: just so you know, Im not looking to have sex, so I dont want you to waste your time. This is what we refer to as a shit test. Its actually a positive thing that she says it, since shes bringing up sex firstit means shes thinking about having sex with me, then disqualifying it so that she doesnt seem slutty. Girls do this all the time. I say simply I never said anything about sexyou have such a dirty mind. She gives me a sexy look and says yeah, you caught me.
