Search results are based on popularity, key terms, relevance, and chronological importance. It's not Trump's fault all the stories about him are negative and frequent. And hell, one of their top executives was hired to be Hillary's chief technology officer. And then there's the purging of political figures. They can lie and tell me their algorithms are purely unbiased but I'll never believe that. And maybe wapo and CNN just always happen to be the most popular because of the fact that google keeps shoving them on the front page. Imagine that! The front page articles keep getting the most clicks thus staying more popular!
