Uncharted's a big-name AAA title made by a first-party studio, in a franchise that's been well-established as an exclusive. It's obviously affiliated with Sony. Nothing obvious sets Cuphead apart from any other number of other indie games that are multiplat, and it's not part of any sort of existing franchise that would provide any sort of precedent.
