If you can't be honest with her because you fear she'll leave you, then it sounds to me like it's not meant to be. Maybe I'm just being naive, but I'd say tell her the truth. Hiding it will just make things hurt more for both of you and cause stress on the relationship. If she dumps you for it, then you're better off without her. That would have been a good convo about 3 months ago.
