The nearest thing I've ever had to an addiction are video games and baseball so although I can't understand why, because of my daughter's situation I can wholeheartedly hope you can stay sober for your sake. I only found out at Xmas last year why she got into her mess, and had I known sooner I'd probably be in jail right now for life (she was molested by her now deceased cousin at age 14). I only hope that or something similar isn't why you started knowing how much pain it caused her. I'm proud of both of you and anyone with the courage to face their demons. --- I may very well be the oldest member of the site, but I am far from the dumbest :) ... Copied to Clipboard! |
