Topic	Who has actually opened a game console, and why?

Refurbished a Game Boy by replacing its speaker, reattached the ribbon cable, and added a line-out jack at the appropriate point in the audio amplifier chain. Replaced the DVD and HDD in an original Xbox, and I need to replace its clock capacitor before I use it again. Case swapped a GBA, repaired the keyboard on a C64...
