It's pretty straight-forward. It's an inherently sexist thing to believe that women are more fickle (due to their emotions [and biological causes of those emotional irregularities]).
Most women aren't even aware of it but they've internalized a good bit of misogyny so them it's not sexist, it's just a "fact".
