I It happens here in Georgia. My county shut down several polling places a couple years ago, it just didn't make news because it didn't fit the narrative. Similar reasoning as the people in the OP too. Older buildings that didn't have proper handicap access. They then just moved people to other polling places that they kept open. Post some proof then.
