Just because you don't like social media doesn't mean it doesn't have it's uses. People will use whatever tools they have to do what they want. It's probably safer that they're uses social media. It could have been worse without it. Social media lets them get their anger out in a safer way. Better than going down there and beating up someone. Or getting beat up themselves...

Bullshit. It's not only this one example of course. There's never been a legit use for social media other than to annoy. I wager nobody would take the time to do it face to face but because this garbage exists we get death threats, swattings, and all the other crap that social media stands for. Weapons have never been the problem. People and media are the problem.
