From my understanding, in Asia, they round up their age on somethings, it usually happens when they come from a family that might have twins or brothers and sisters, they do it to decide who is older and younger. You sure about that? In Korea, they count the year that you were in the womb as 1. So you're born as 1 years old, not the garbage "oh, youve lived for one year outside the womb, happy 1st birthday!" Moot, cause this be a Japanese man.
