| guffguy89 08/17/18 5:14:29 PM #43: | Ugh, just got done reading the MLB article about Khris Davis with the A's and how he's about to hit 40 HRs three seasons in a row. The reason I'm upset is because Milwaukee traded him away in the 2016 season. We also traded away Jean Segura (SS) and Scooter Gennett (2B), both all-stars this season. Our middle infield is a mess right now. We have a 3B playing second, a SS who can't hit, and we traded for a guy named Schoop who has does nothing but poison the lineup with lousy hitting and suspect defense. The Brewers are just a few pieces away from making that championship run and we literally had them in the palm of our hands and just traded them away. As much as I want to be wrong, I think we are about to witness very soon the annual swan dive the Brewers take from contender to pretender. Cardinals are right on our heels now. Ironically, they may be even more threatening than the Cubs. Alas, NFL season is right around the corner and the Packers look legit, as always. --- Don't mind me. I'm just here for the contest. ...
