I don't really want to explain basic philosophy to you, but you have a negative right to do just that in the state of nature. I mean it's like you live in the US but have zero understanding of the philosophical roots of the Constitution and bill of rights. Go read up on Locke and Hobbs and then get back to me. Actually, YOU need to read up on the philosophical roots of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, since you seem to think they create ANYTHING for citizens. All they do is tell the GOVERNMENT what it can and cannot do. THAT IS ALL. It doesn't create rights, and it most certainly isn't needed to enforce rights in any way.
