While I agree with this in spirit, at what point would you draw the line? New blood will be weak but if it gets supported, it's earned a spot in the contest (dumb jokes are a different matter). If barely enough people supported Ryu to get him into a 250+ character contest, then does Ryu really deserve to get in over someone else even if he would be stronger? --- Black Turtle did a pretty good job. ...
