The main flaw is that it's somehow giving the court case all the credit for abortion, which is a thing humans have been doing for thousands of years. Same with women working and building industry. But reproductive rights are definitely an economic issue, like all other rights we argue about. There's no real significant morality involved. But the abortion argument is multiplicative, it enables the other 50% of the population to enter the economy, so it's 2x whatever the population is. Each born baby would thus be +2, or rather it would be +1 where previously it would be +0.5 (0 or 1 depending on sex).
