You can find this out for yourself by playing the first few screens and realizing your fire only goes in 4 directions. This makes it almost unplayable and definitely unfun. Add to this to the fact that you're in a giant world that looks the same, but with no map. Metroid Zero Mission has to be one of the biggest improvements ever in a remake. Correction. You can only aim in 3 directions. Up, left and right. You can jump and aim down right? I forget. Nope lol.
