Topic	Windows 10 is $100+?

I can use my mouse and keyboard in BIOS but once "Starting Windows" pops up, either to just log in or to install windows 7 I can no longer use my mouse or keyboard. If you can find a way to make them work that I haven't tried yet, that would have been great like 2 days ago when I was trying everything on line that I read about on how to fix it. I got a win10 key on ebay for $5.
