I can't even

Why worry about your calories if you just said calories in vs calories out is stupid?

How does cutting calories make you hungrier? No one said go from 2000 a day to 800. I'm talking like dropping a measly 200 off your daily REQUIRED amount.

Not hard.

Also if you're making excuses to eat more by saying stuff like "but then you'll just be hungrier" it's called willpower my dude.

Your body shape and size shows the rest of the world your lack of willpower.

Calories in vs. calories out isn't stupid, it's science. But just worrying about that number isn't really the right way to do it. That's a shortcut, that's the simplest answer to a much more complex dilemma. You've gotta consider more than just the number of calories in food to lose weight effectively (which is to say, not just dropping weight but staying healthy and well-nourished while doing it)

Willpower, on the other hand, doesn't exactly work to overcome anything. If your body isn't getting good nutrients because you're not taking in as much food, and the food you are taking in isn't very nourishing, then your health will decline in some way.

Now dropping calories by like 200 each day is definitely doable and it will work (most likely) but there's more efficient and effective ways to lose weight healthily.

You're on the right track but the problem is you make it sound like rocket science.

It's simple as f

Eat less than you need. Lose weight

Eat healthier foods in the process, look and feel better.

Great ideas for sure but try getting half of America to try it good luck lmfao
