Dude you don't even need to exercise. Yes OF COURSE it helps and it's healthy anyways but it's simple

Calories in vs calories out

I could lose weight eating mcdonalds every day as long as I was in a caloric deficit. Pretty easy.

I disagree with saying "just do calories in vs. calories out". Yeah, calories in vs. calories out technically works, but if you purposefully eat way less to cut your calories, you'll end up getting hungry, and next thing you know you're eating way more to make up for your hunger. And your metabolism won't work as hard if you're not taking in food. Don't worry about starving yourself, just eat something with less calories and better nutrients. There's plenty of ways to eat a good, filling meal with less than 600 calories. A lot of fast food won't fill you up until you've eaten 1000 calories worth. For example, eat 3 McChickens from McDonald's and you're already up around 1000. A patty melt from Whataburger (this is only a thing in the south I think) is around 1000 calories. So don't just watch your calories; eat filling meals that are healthier.

True but not true. To be fat, you have to be overeating significantly. You won't be hungry to eat less. Starve yourself one day to reset yourself then just go by calories.
