I went through a lot of this back near launch. For some reason people are too willing to cut Blizz slack, like they're some kind of major developer with lots of good games. Warcraft? Peh. OW was probably my first Blizz game and I don't get the hype. They didn't even include a text chat feature, nevermind the server browser and focus on loot. No, you're wrong.
