Most, as in 90%+, of chronic back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, and knee pain is caused by mobility limitation or strength deficiencies/imbalances. Physical therapy designed to improve range of motion and core strength will do wonders unless there is a significant medical condition--Herniated disc, scoliosis, ect.
