I am already at 43,100 steps after four days this week, but I seem to have tired myself out. A gastric bypass surgery won't help if you don't have the right mental attitude, either. You need to do more than just have a surgery and assume it'll all work out. You have to show a willingness to change. How much does that operation cost, anyway?
