I'm doing fine buddy, sorry I happen to care about those less fortunate than me. Unfortunately most people don't. If people can't even afford basic healthcare and a half decent quality of life while working full time then sorry I happen to actually care about those people, wouldn't expect someone like yourself to give a fuck because if you're doing fine who cares right?

Then go. Care.

The quality of care are many free clinics can be rough due to underfunding and overdemand with significant wait times, and that ignores all kinds of other issues like when you need constant treatments or prescriptions you need long term that they can't provide. Or if an unexpected medical issue arises such as a heart attack, car accident, etc. Where you're taken to the ER where they're obligated to treat you regardless of you being able to pay, and then leave you with potentially tens of thousands of dollars of a bill. When I would visit my ex girlfriend at the hospital she worked at it was quite common for people being brought in from car accidents and such literally beg not to be treated because they didn't have insurance.
Medical debt is the leading cause of debt in "the greatest country in the world" a few years ago 40% of Americans gained a medical debt.

That's a fucking garbage system and statistic for the leading nation of the Free world.
